Procedure1. Booking Your Currency could not be simpler Once you are registered, you are ready to do a transaction. If you are not in any of our offices, you can still book your currency, providing you have use of a fax to receive and complete the deal ticket we will send you. First of all we will let you know the current rate, and, if you are happy with it, we will fax you the deal ticket. 2. Completing Your Deal Ticket • Settlement • CHAPS or TT transfers are the best option for urgent cases. The money is received into our client account within one working day, providing you instruct your bank before 12 noon. • Direct debits and BACS (normal transfers) take a maximum of 4 working days to reach our client account. • SWITCH/VISA DEBIT card transactions take a maximum of 5 working days and are only possible for amounts of less than £10,000 (pounds). • Cheques take 5 working days to clear. If you wish to settle by cheque it can only be received by our London Office by Special Delivery (in UK) or International Courier (from Spain) . • Payments 3. Faxing Back Fax your completed and SIGNED deal ticket back within 10 minutes of receipt . This is vital to confirm your exchange rate and currency purchase.
