When referred to as "the forum" we mean all forums found at http://spain-forum.yeclaserve.com.
The Forum is offered for to our visitors and offers a good source of honest, genuine information free of charge. We intend to keep it that way.
At present we have no rules in place regarding members privately advertising via their avatars or post signitures. However, we reserve the right to add or amend rules regarding these as and when we see fit. It IS an intention for the future.
Hateful or abusive behaviour will NOT be tolerated. Posts will either be deleted, edited or moved at the discretion of the forum administrator or moderators. We also do not permit commercial advertising of a business nature. This is to help ensure the validity of the information posted by our members. This policy has proven to be a very popular one with most of our members. We also ask that you treat eachother with respect and post any information that may be of interest to the other members. We will not enter into debates about our decisions. Our decisions are final.

Classified ads section
This section is offered as a service to our members for advertising products or services as wanted or offered. We will not accept any illegal items to be offered through the service and will report any such ads to the authorities.

Real Estate forum
The real estate forum is offered as a place to exchange information regarding the real estate business here in Spain. It is NOT a place to place adverts for property sales.
Commercial adverts are not accepted in this forum, they will be deleted along with the posting members membership. www.yeclaserve.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you.
