Alcossebre
The Alcossebre area of Valencia, best known as the Orange Blossom Coast offers plenty to do and caters for a very wide range of interests. You could simply take a stroll along one of five excellent blue-flag beaches or get energetic and play volleyball, tennis or bowls. For those who like to get wet whilst on holiday, in season, there are plenty of attractive little paddleboats and windsurfers for hire and for the more adventurous, there are jet skis and scuba diving.

The famous Valencian paella is prepared in many local restaurants with locally grown rice. Zarzuela, a delicious fish dish is native to the region. For meat lovers lamb from the inland Maestrat region is a specialty in many restaurants. The wines here in Spain are wonderful, relatively unknown in Britain, and very inexpensive.
Within a 30-minute drive we have two excellent golf courses. There is also plenty of cycling and horse riding available nearby - relaxing ways to get to know the beautiful, unspoilt local area.
Las Fuentes & Alcossebre can be found almost midway between Barcelona and Valencia. In season you can also fly into Reus Airport , giving you plenty of opportunities to catch a flight that suits you .
The climate in this beautiful , unspoilt area of Spain is as good as the Costa Del Sol which makes it an ideal year round destination for all age groups.

We are very lucky with our climate in this area of Spain, with temperatures around 18 degrees centigrade in the winter and 30 in the summer months.
